I was so excited to get my nails done in PV. However, i was very disappointed with their work. For starters, the chairs are old and uncomfortable. The woman who did my toes was absolutely amazing, however, the woman who did my finger nails was lazy and rushed the whole process. She took about 40 minutes, which was about 1.5 hours less that my toes. I asked several times for my nails to be Matte green, she then used a metallic green to do it. Not what I asked for. AMAZING! We just happened to walk in. 1st, I have no nails at all. Can’t even put a tip on, but I thought I would ask. This lady was a genius. She did some reverse acrylic on a nail tip and applied it to my nails. Instead of the dreaded acrylic on top which then takes tons of time filling and buffing or using the foil templates. I’ve had a back injury and am now overweight and it is nearly impossible for me to trim my own nails and I was very embarrassed. But going on a dive trip where I may be barefoot around other people I needed something done. She took the time it didn’t seem like anything out of the ordinary for her. It cost $550 pesos with current exchange rate it is less than $30 US but I have nothing to compare to for a rate. I will say I didn’t realize they remove so much of the bottom of your feet after the exfoliation my feet are a bit more sensitive and there is a lot of walking here. I realize people maybe want to get a pedi when they arrive so thry have nice beach feet but you may ask them to go light on exfoliation or get the full service towards the end of your vacation. Buy i am very satisfied and feel so much better about my feet and they feel better in my shoes without the toenails curling over into my feet. They are just more sensitive which I’m sure will be fine in a couple days. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
